Tak Jae Hoon, comedian Lee Su Geun, Shin Bong Sun, and MBLAQ’s Lee Joon have been chosen as the new MCs for SBS’ pilot programme ‘Star Meeting*’. The recording began on the recent 20th.
The director, Lee Ji Won PD, told Money Today Star News over the phone, “The programme has 2 corners. As the title states, the first corner is where the stars meet up and go on a date. The programme’s format is then followed by the stars meeting both sides of the families”.
He also added, “Questions about the casts for this corner will not be entertained for now. Artists or well-known people, whoever appears on the show will see the other families. Separate scenes of greetings with the requested families will be shown.”
This is followed by another corner known as ‘Pleasant Scandal’, the corner in which IU and Kim Tae Woo will be appearing. Lee PD stated, “IU didn’t feel burdened meeting her original ideal type Kim Tae Woo, they met up and had a meal together. Their date in Hongdae was already revealed to the citizens around the area.”
‘Star Meeting’ starts airing on Feb 2.
